I have set up Gateway IP Monitor to automatically send emails every 4 hours...which it does as long as the IP address doesn't change. However, when the IP address changes, the program shuts down and does not restart. That basically makes the program utterly useless. Is there a fix for this or a reason it's happening? If not, does anyone know of a way to automatically restart the computer when the IP address changes?
Sorry for the trouble you are having with Gateway IP Monitor, what you are reporting is not a known issue. Can you please confirm which version you are running?
I'm also curious if this has worked in the past and just recently stopped working, or if this has never worked.
You said that the program shuts down and does not restart - are you referring to the service or the configuration utility? Any error message you could provide would help in this case.
