unable to use the Patch for the latest version of event sentry

    I currantly have installed version 2.91.0.110 when I try to install the latest patch eventsentry_v292a_patch.exe it will not install gives me an error about the patch may update a different version of the program. Is there an interum patch I need to run first?

    Hi Timothy,

    Please see this KB article: http://www.eventsentry.com/kb/79. You can't upgrade from 2.91 to 2.92 with a patch, you will have to run the full v2.92 setup.

    Thanks for responding quickly about this.
    Ok not a problem I can pull the full down load and reinstall
    Well I just found out there is a problem when I go to the customer area looking for the latest download set all I find is a download for NT Tool Kit and and a gateway IP Monitor no link to download the new version of the event sentry software
