Hi,
When you look at your WebReportsConfig.XML file located in the EventSentry install directory, do you see the correct database server, and password for the eventsentry_web user?
Look for the string similar to this:
driver={MySQL ODBC 5.1 Driver};server=dbserver.yourdomain.local;database=EventSentry;user=eventsentry_web;password=yourpasswordhere
