No reports for File Access tracking

Running EventSentry 2.82.11.
I setup File Acess tracking for a Windows 2003 server about a month ago. I enabled file access auditing for the local security policy on this server and verified that events are coming into the Security event viewer.
A day after I setup the tracking I went into my web reports server and was able to run a report under Compliance > File Access, get results and show a chart.
Today I went back to run another report but no results get returned. If I try to group by computer and check the Show Chart checkbox I get an error:

It also says that Flash is required, but I have verified it is installed and working properly on my PC.

Hi Tom,

Since you are running version 2.82 this knowledge base article should help resolve the issue you are experiencing: http://eventsentry.com/kb/30

Newer versions of EventSentry should not encounter this issue, so upgrading to version 2.90 or above would be recommended if possible.

As for the flash issue, you may try upgrading to a newer version of flash or removing/reinstalling flash completely.

Sorry, Steve. I meant to say 2.92.11. I believe it is the current version.

Hi Tom,

I have been told that knowledge base article will also help in version 2.92 if you are having this issue.

It may also be a good idea to upgrade to 2.92 build 25 which could also help to resolve this issue.

Thanks Steve,
I upgraded to 2.92.25 last night, and also increased the AspBufferingLimit in Metabase.xml to 25165824. File Access Reporting either shows no results (if I just choose a system and folder) or I get the original error still if I try to display a chart.

has the line number changed on the error at all with the updated files?
If so, what's the new line number?

I choose a computer and path, group by: Computer, and check the 'Show chart' checkbox to get this error. If I don't check the Show chart I get a blank result section.

Please unzip these to your 'C:\Program Files\EventSentry' directory (Please note: This directory may change dependent upon where EventSentry is installed). Unzipping this package should overwrite your existing files.

This should resolve the issue you are experiencing.

I made a backup copy of the files and unzipped the package to C:\Program Files\EventSentry. Set permissions for the IUSR guest account to these new files and reset IIS.
