How to stop EventSentry from sending old notifications

    If we get a flood of issues for whatever reason we keep getting them for days after the fact. So today every 5 minutes we are getting emails with logs from 2 days ago. Is there a way to purge everything up to this point so EventSentry stops sending old events?

    HI,

    You should be able to stop the EventSentry agent on these machines, and then navigate to:

    C:\Windows\System32\EventSentry\Temp or C:\Windows\SysWOW64\EventSentry\Temp

    Delete all files starting with "eventsentry_backup" in that folder, and then restart the agent again.
