Network availability report is reporting false data on server group within Web Reports

Uptime and response times are good...
Heartbeat status is all good...
Restarted agents with no luck...

Network availability is showing 100% downtime for the boxes we are logging.
We are running 2.93.1 Build 21

Any ideas?

    You already contacted us through the support channel as well, but I'm posting the solution here as well if others run into this issue.

    This is a known issue which has been resolved in the new web reports of the upcoming 3.0 release. The new web reports are already available as a beta for any customer with active maintenance.
